This
spectacular translucent moth caterpillar, just under one inch long, was found
by our friend Bill Haber, a biologist who lives in Monteverde, Costa Rica,
when we hiked with him to a remote cloud forest on Costa Rica's Caribbean
slope. It had not been found before.
